Cool Wind

4½ fl oz Vodka

1½ fl oz Dry Vermouth

½ teaspoon Cointreau

Juice of ½ Grapefruit

Ice

Put the ice cubes in to a mixing glass.  Pour in the vodka, dry vermouth, cointreau and grapefruit juice.  Gently stir and strain into a cocktail glass.
