Champagne Cocktail

 Chilled Champagne

1 fl oz Brandy

1 Sugar cube.

6 dashes of Angostura bitters

Put the sugar cube in the bottom of a glass, and add enough bitters to soak into the sugar.  Add the brandy and top up with the champagne.
