Raspberry Fizz (Serves 4-6) 2½ lb Fresh raspberries 3 oz caster sugar Soda water Ice Rub the raspberries through a sieve into a bowl. Add enough sugar to sweeten to taste. Cover and put in the fridge for a few hours. Then serve in a tall ice filled glass and top up with soda water
