Tequila is one of my favourite spirits.  My husband, Ian, makes one of the best Tequila Sunrises.

Tequila is distilled from the Agave plant and comes primarily from two regions of Mexico; outside the town of Tequila and from Tepatitlan.  Mexican law stipulates that Tequila must be made using 51% blue agave plant distillates.
